Your wedding day is a celebration of love and you deserve the opportunity to enjoy it with your family and friends. Karen will allow you peace of mind on your special day by ensuring that your ceremony and reception areas are set up, guests are accomodated, flowers are delivered, dress is picked up, anything that needs to be done to help you stay focussed on your big day.

This package includes services for up to 6-hours which usually covers the morning setup of the ceremony location, errands for the bride, reception setup, troubleshooting, and guest shuffling if necessary, up until dinner is served.

Included in this package:

• One hour consultation
• Unlimited emails
• 6 hour wedding day coordination (arranging ceremony and reception decorations, errands, troubleshooting)

Please Note:
* Additional time/services with your wedding planner can be purchased for $45 per hour (may include meetings with vendors, extra planning for decorations, etc.)
** Non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total is due upon first meeting.
